Day 3 : Chest and Arms + Plyometric Cardio on the side

It's morning now, I'm going to update this post later at night and give you a full update of what's going on today. As for now, I'm hitting the gym for a solid chest and arms workout let's hope we get the full pump
it's going to go like : 3 sets warm-up with low weights (8 reps per set) and then 3 sets of  1st set : 8 reps, 2nd set : 8 reps, 3rd set : 12 reps, for each workout.
I will update y'all soon with the current weight status. With that I'm going to also be doing the Plyometric ab cardio workout for the daily cardio and let's hope I could do the whole thing! It just feels so good to know that you did good today!

Day 2 : Back

Today was really intense a really nice workout enjoyed it, even though it didn't last that long the whole thing took me about 30 minutes, my legs felt really sore this morning it's really hard to sit on the toilet seat since my legs are so sore. Diet is also been a 100% clean today so I'm really happy about that.
I will update my weight status soon. I also manged to do about 25 mins of cardio with the Insanity Plyometric workout, it's really hard and intense but I love it!

Day 1 : Legs

Worked on my legs today, the workout was pretty intense, did squats leg presses and calf workouts and much more, diet was kind of clean not so perfect.
